Do you accept insurance?

No. We do not work for insurance companies and never will. We work for you. Our membership is very affordable and within reach to the majority of Americans seeking support. You can pay your membership twice per year through a variety of payment modalities including Debit, Credit, Paypal, or Apple Pay. 

 

How do I work with my advisor?

Your in luck. With your membership, you can chat with your advisor any day through a dedicated email or secure text channel. You will develop a trust-built relationship that can endure for years to come. As an option, members only can book individual or group advisory sessions. 

What type of experts does HealthDesk have?

Each advisor on the HealthDesk team is required to have 10 or more years of specific experience in the field that most closely matches with your needs. Staff backgrounds range from Disability Experts, Insurance Specialists, Rehab Professionals, Nurse Practitioners, Childhood Educators, and Allied Medical Professionals.
